This policy explains what CleanSite.ai (“we”) collects when you use cleansite.ai, and what we do with it. Short version: we collect only what we need to scan and rebuild your site, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
- Websites you scan. The address you enter and the speed results we get back.
- Order details. Your website address and business email after you buy.
- Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data. Basic information about how visitors use our site (pages viewed, scans run, purchases), collected with cookies and similar tools from Meta and Google so we can measure our ads.
- Messages you send us, such as change requests in your client portal.
How we use it
- To run your speed scan, rebuild your site, send your preview, and take it live.
- To email you about your order. We don’t send marketing emails unless you ask for them.
- To measure and improve our ads and website.
Who we share it with
- Only the services that help us run CleanSite: Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Google (speed scans and analytics), Meta (ad measurement), and our email provider.
- If the law requires it.
- We never sell your personal information.
Cookies and ad tracking
- Meta and Google may set cookies to measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Meta and Google accounts.
How long we keep it
- We keep order records as long as needed to deliver and support your site and to meet tax and legal requirements. Scan results that aren’t tied to an order may be deleted at any time.
Your choices
- Email info@cleansite.ai to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. We’ll reply within 30 days.
Children
- CleanSite is for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
- If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
